Terms and Conditions (for Sprees)

Kindly read true the following before you participate in any of our sprees.

1. Payment must be made before order is confirmed.

2. Petite Amie reserves the right to reject any orders, at our discretion.

3. Reply to us once payment is made. And all payment and payment replies must be made before the date and time stated in the invoice. If for any reason you are unable to do so, kindly let us know in advance. If payment is not made before stated time, order will be cancelled. Whenever 2nd payment is required and it is not paid, no refunds will be given and items will be confiscated.

4. If confirmed orders exceed cap, orders for those who have made payment first will be taken. Do check the amount ordered before you order.

5. Refunds of any kind will only be made after items arrived.

6. Petite Amie will not be responsible if the wrong item is shipped or fragile items are mishandled during shipping.

7. Updates will be done via email and on website.

8. Petite Amie will not be responsible for lost items via normal postage.

9. Petite Amie reserves the right to cancel the spree should response be poor or unforeseen circumstances crop up.

10. Petite Amie will not be responsible for any delay in shipment.

11. Payment by paypal will required an addtional charge of 4% + $1 on top of your total bill.

12. Meet up will be available for payment but it will be to our convenience. If total payable amount is less than $75 or total item ordered is less than 3, a charge of $3 is applicable. Otherwise additional $1 will be charged.

13. Meet up @ anywhere else for collection depend on availability and will be to our convenience. It will require a surcharge of *$3 if total payable amount is less than $75 or total item ordered is less than 3. Otherwise additional *$1 will be charged. (*Charges apply unless otherwise stated.)
We strongly advise you opt for registered mail if you are afraid of lost package. Alternatively, you can choose to self collect @ Pasir Ris at no additional charge.

14. You may cancel your order whenever you like. There will be no additional charge if payment is not made or order is canceled due to items out of stock.. If you have already make the payment, $5 or the handling fee, whichever higher, will be charged if you cancel the order before spree's closing date. We will refund the rest of the payment to you. However, we will only refund the postage fee if you cancel the order after spree's closing date.

All about Purchasing

How to Order:
To place an order, simply click on the Order Form found at the end of every Collection/Spree Posts and fill up the details required. Kindly provide the URL of the items you want to purchase for all sprees.

Alternatively, you can click here for the form.

Postage(not shipping fee):
$3.50 for normal mail (default), additional $3 will be charged for registered mailed.
All irregular items (shoes and bags or beauty products and intimates) or items in total weigh more than 2kg will be done by speedpost. However, Petite Amie will try our very best to get the lowest postage for you. Self collection at Pasir Ris is also available.
Note that fee is applicable per address we sent to so you can combine postage to save cost.

Items from Petite Amie Gem will be charged $1 for normal mail.

For delivery outside Singapore, postage will be calculated by weight and you will be informed of the postage fee upon our email confirmation.
